Happy times were had down at the Carnival market yesterday. 

In gratitude to Erin of Stacked Vintage whom organized the successful event. 

Huge thank you to all whom come out to frolic, it was great to meet so many smiling faces 

and many Toronto's talented creatives on a lovely sunny sunday.

Once again me & all my curiosities are on the road again.

Spontaneous Reality is packing up and relocating 

to lovely Toronto, Canada this weekend!

There will be a pause in my posting while I get organized,

Serenity within the Woods

Spirituality & mystical earth nature is something I've always been inclined towards. 

So when given the opportunity for a residency at a forest monastery retreat, 

the answer was simple, Yes!  So for the next while I'll be aligning my chakras

meditating in the forest at a serene theravada buddhist monastery.

What are some of your experiences with meditation & consciousness lovelies?

 Returned from a mini adventure in sunny florida,  feeling renewed & grounded from eating oranges 

off the trees & swimming in the vast ocean waters.

Now back to creating, exciting projects are in the works so stay tuned.
